Booking Procedure:
You
will be enjoying a very easy installment system
for booking your plot. For Booking a plot you
have to pay 20% of the full value, but not at a
time. You can pay the booking amount in 6%, 7%
and 7% in three (3) consecutive months and the
rest amount in 48 equal installments in next 48
months without interest.
OR
You can pay 60% of total value @10% per month in
six consecutive months and your plot will be
registered in favour of you within 60 days from
the last EMI of 60% payment. The balance 40% to
be paid in 48 equal installments in next 48
months without interest.
